Kudos for her effort. Not every sailor is a buff 16 year old. Getting back in the boat may take a while but it sure is better than the alternative - especially if the buff skipper has had a heart attack or is otherwise incapacitated.
People dont understand how fit you need to be so sail dinghy's professionally. Olypians spend as much time int he gym as they do on the water. Can really see why its a must in this video
@ixiplushi I agree with the 1 min with one correction one time i kicked over the gunwhale onto the centerboard on an FJ but left the family jewels on the other side of the boat....i fell of and cried lol
If you can't get on a center board that close to the water I don't think you should be in the boat in the first place - however hard it is to capsize - & where's the wind?
Lmfao! Your meant to put all your weight on the end of the dagger board, feet on the bottom of the boat, pull with arms push with legs, have the other person NOT holding to the rudder!
ive sailed like that one and i find it imposible to capzise it. ive tried leaning on the wrong side at full speed and wont go over. so how did u manage that!!!!!!!!!!!!

EPIC FAIL.
Ps. Capsize recovery should take 1 min maximum.
