Dan is so right, i have been going through this lately, the whole thing of stuff coming up, it's like your body is so intelligent when it's cared for it starts to purge these negative energies built up over time, it's challenging but so rewarding. Everything should flow. 'A jedi's strength flows from the force' right ? Love is everything.

There is one thing Dan does'nt mention alot and that is the benefits of having a raw foods diet with juices and exercise... that is to also add in adaptogenic herbs, herbs like reishi and rhodiola and cordyceps and others. It's been my experience that you can only love, feel it, be spiritual/connect to god etc when the body is really cared for and healthy. It can't be done with a toxic body. There are different levels of health and it's our job to find out how far/high can we go with it.

If he really has read all the books he claims to have read, then why does he refuse to go into the deep mechanics of raw food' effect on the human body. Any time he comes close to the science, he shows his lack of education. He comes across as a man who, like any other, has to guess.

We may think we do but that's all it is, a thought/ego. We will never know everything and thank god. You're becoming a very good speaker. I hope one day you'll rise above the "raw food community" and become more of a Tony Robbins type guy that expresses the value of raw foods to overall health and life success.

The raw food community is quite honestly a big turnoff; very closed minded, radical & too commercialized. I'm a HUGE fan of healing with raw foods, especially leafy greens and herbs and fruit as food, but beyond that the rest of the community is borderline cultish garbage.

Interesting, I havent had that feeling at all. I've found that the raw food comm is the most open minded, forgiving and accepting....that's my experience, but i'm very 'green' to raw food compared to alot. I like Dan just the way he is, what i would like to see is a forum on his site and maybe a support system where you can contact another raw foodist on a list of contacts...full community support. Tony Robbins is highly commercial and thats what turns me off about him.
