The interesting thing about this film is that it shows an early piece of work from Hugh Grant when h was still a promising and, most importantly, versatile actor. 1994's Four Weddings & a Funeral may have made Grant a movie-star but it ruined him as a actor as it condemned him to play the same part anf persona for the rest of his career.
