  • if you go on imdb.com and look up the movie...then look at videos and trailers. they have the trailer and a link to the whole movie. not bad quality.

  • Moved this to the top of my Netflix queue. Thank you for posting.

  • I hate country music. Townes is one of the best song writers ever! He's not country he's torment and torment tells stories and stories in the end is all we have.

  • @plumber97 If you like Townes Van Zandt, you like country music.....

  • all in all he wanted to touch at least one soul...."well done most faithfull servent..."

  • Just saw that Hulu has the whole thing, in the movie section.

  • what is the name of the second song?

  • "rake"

  • people go buy the dvd it's worth owning.Plus go buy some Townes,Guy Clark CD's.Can't go wrong

  • this to me, is bewildering. How was one so talented not known...at least by the general public. Was it management? Marketing? perhaps Mr Van zandt was to be like the other great artists of times gone by. Only to be discovered & recognized after they had departed. Willie & Merle have indeed opened my eyes, or should I say ears...

  • This entire film WAS on youtube for several months, but now it's no longer posted. Damn shame too.

  • @Pickininvt do a web search its still out there to see for free

  • An amazing story from Joe...one that never gets old. 'Be Here To Love Me' DVD is a must have for any TVZ fan.

  • WOW`

  • Whats the name of the song at the beginning? "Window please watch the sun go..."

  • At my window

  • Thank you very much.

  • It's called "At my window" from the soundtrack album.

You can get it on Amazon or hear it free on Spotify.

  • please post the rest of the film!

  • If Joe Ely, Willie Nelson, Kris Kristofferson, Guy Clark, Emmy Lou, Steve Earle, etc etc.... they all rave about you....wow, you must have been better than most. I saw the movie, actually bought it. Great movie....RIP Townes.

  • I didn't know Townes... I thought I knew music, turns out I was lacking

  • what is the record? How nice to discover a new talent.

where the hell have I been.

  • where the hell the symphony. there can be no symphony. this path is a dry highway.
