My tip for people who cant juggle but have great ball control. Hit the gym and get your muscle endurance going. I couldn't juggle but could do every dribbling move in the book but my legs were slim. After I gained a bit more muscle - I felt my balance go up and precision when juggling the ball. Also now I don't get jelly legs when I'm tired on the pitch.

in football you need to be good at everything..but i recommend concentrating on your dribbling technique alone ( wiel coerver ) juggling.. running with the ball.. different turns with different feet..practice passing and shooting with a freind.. i mean lots of inside of the foot passes..( 500 + a day) pass control pass.. or pass and move. volleying. or pass one touch.. vary your training.. but practice repetetively..100 for this 100 for that.. practice hard and succeed

actually juggling is extremely important and i.m.o a priority for ball eye coodination.. watch diego maradona he did loads of that even with golf balls.. so all you wanna be soccer players start to juggle and master it it will probably be one of the most important things you can do on your path to being a great soccer player

Being able to juggle refines every type of touch you'll need in a game, having said that, this video is worthless, it doesn't provide any advice on working through the struggles of a beginning juggler - such as footwork, the type of touch, how much backspin, alternating feet (the importance of this), and much more....

Dude, ever wonder why most of the best players are fantastic at juggling? Pele, Ronaldinho, Christiano Ronaldo, Kaka, Zidane, Thierry etc

Juggling promotes touch, ball controll, confidence, leg strength, muscle memory, you learn the "sweet spots" of the ball and on your foot...I could go on.....

You still need to learn field vision, postioning off the ball, and tactics etc. - but if you practice juggling you will be better than if you do not.
