We wish it was our compound, but it's not. Actually the folks featured there are super laid back and built the place themselves pretty much.

That sounds great! I've never tried blancehed marinaded beets, but it could be interesting. The white truffle oil sounds like it would be an expensive item. Lovely presentation by an equally lovely presenter.

Lovely! I'm a raw vegan and was wondering if blanching kills the enzymes in veggies. Can this be made without blanching?

@thrivesurvive Kinda late but indeed you could make this recipe without blanching the beets =) Soak for longer time.
