They are the crappy Tango icons. There are other icon themes that can be chosen in Elisa which are 10 times better.

I love how new "breadcrumbing" items slide in!
And how images lazy-load! And the smooth scrolling!
And how the GUI shows up over the dimmed video/visualization!
