when i first unlocked the QBU-88 i didnt do too ood with sniping at med to long range so i decided to use the iron sights and use this weapon as a battle rifle and do short to med range.. got more kills closer :)

put a kobra sight on type 88 and it is an amazing battle rifle, the recoil leads the sights up and you almost always get a head shot, but i wouldnt go ou to long range with it

good to see you are still going strong with bf3 and holding it down for the bf community. people need to accept bf3 for what it is and try to approach the game with a positive attitude. every game has its problems but with all the many things dice got right, bf3 is a very diverse, dynamic and immersive game full of tactics and vehicles. there are so many ways to play and help your team win games. i hope you keep rockin it steady on bf3 cause there are no other multiplayer games that comes close.

I've tried using this and to be honest the only reason I can find to use this gun over the Mk 11 is the flash suppressor. It's one of the only 3 Recon guns in the game that has one (other two being SKS[physical warfare pack version] and L96). If you don't like using a flash suppressor because you don't feel the accuracy penalty is worth the bonus, then you'll probably be better off with Mk 11. I personally am on the fence about flash suppressors.

One advantage I think you forgot is that this is a non faction weapon, unlike the MK11 and SVD (Unless you have maxed out the recon kit of course), so you can use this for both factions rather than having to switch between guns.
