Quite true. I fully agree with you. These political henchmen get appointed as high commissioners does more damage than good. They are foolish and get led by the interviewer the way they like. Sri Lankan government need to appoint well trained career diplomats.
The truth is not with the LTTE propaganda media or bichers like you running for individual benefits but with the people that have faced the reality (tamills) what they say is something different also it is justified in this election as well very clearly
I don't think SL high commissioner is doing a good job there. First, he is old. secondly, he needs to show patience and diplomacy. For some reason Sri lankan diplomacy is failing all over the world. The only exception is probably Minister Mahinda Samarasinghe

Though we see effects of LTTE terrorism within Sri Lanka, their strength centralised foreign. Motive is racism called "Tamilian".
Before present Gov, only Lakshman Kadiragamar understood the depth and did a good job on foreign affairs.
We must identify strengths of our enemy and use our resources accordingly.
LTTE propaganda must be defeated for sure.
We need contributions from all our Sri Lankans.
The least gratitude to our mother country!
