Lol, hey dudes I'm goin to court on the july 7th too! I'm gunna fight some tickets. Cuz traffic tickets are not constitionally valid, I.E. The court's jurisdiction "even in a traffic case" Is to protect and maintain individual rights. I.E. There must be damage, injury or violation of a legal right for the court to hear a case. This defence applies to you aswell, and supercedes ordinances and local laws. Even the Texas state constitution limits the courts jurisdiction to what I've mentioned.

You do not have to be escorted by any police officer to your courtroom. The court date on your ticket is for ARRAIGNMENT, where you simply plea Guilty or Not Guilty. At this stage, prosecutor may drop the case and tell you to go home if you give your reasons like you stated in this vid. OR you do NOT have to go and you can IN WRITTING, do a Waiver of Arraignment and plea NOT GUILTY on paper and mail it in. Let them issue u another date and file your Waiver of Arraignment via certified mail

I recently went to a different country and the TSA police or homeland security whatever the hell they were stopped me and my friend while we going to the plane. Like the bridge to the plane and they said "O there they are!" Once they saw us And started asking us a whole bunch of dumb questions and checking our carry on bags. It's like they were tracking us from the very beginning. Trust me, we are all on some sort of list. And we are tracked ahead of time and they know you before hand.
