dont forget to tell them the cost of the chain, replace the bar after the using three chains, and the types of chains and the cost to have all this ready for the right application...................
Two days ago i was using one of these. the chain wore down so we put a new one on. little did i know that your NOT supposed to try and introduce a chain into a slot smaller than the chain on the saw. makes sense now. the saw kicked up and caught me in the hand and ripped my raincoat on my left shoulder. 7 stitches later, i consider myself lucky thats ALL that happened. be careful guys.
We go through more bars than chains. Too much rebar will fry the end-sprocket on the bar. If the job can be done with a hydraulic circular concrete saw, then that's the tool to use. Once a 'tighter' hole, or cut, is needed, the concrete chainsaws come out - but the bid better take that into account because the wear on the chainsaws adds up faster.
'if your a little creative, and you have no limitation on time or the fact that your vision is impaired to what other products are out there that saw come come out of the box and go to work everyday'
A tool to erase so much of history.

dose it also cut wood?
just so you could only get the one chain saw ansted of getting 2
ThomasTheTank142 3 years ago
In my experience if it's designed to cut concrete it'll burn through the wood before it cuts it (meaning no ;)

ICS is a good company. I have used their chains on the Tacoma Narrows expansion project.

Does the saw cut through reinforcement (steel)?
joebuck21 4 years ago
Yes, with the premium diamond chain rebar is no problem to cut.

How can you live with yourself saying that?
