This video is well done and cuts to the chase. Scharmer's work parallels that of Bill Plotkin and his work in "Nature and the Human Soul". Both state clearly that despite our shifts in technology, we have an opportunity to move from being egocentric to soulcentric or ecocentric. Our failure is tha failure to develop mature human beings. The work is to nurture internal awareneness.
