6141.8 BTU = 1800 Watts ...I think.

I'm doing 3 gallon partial boils and can get around 3 degree temperature increase per minute, so a 210 degree rolling boil would take around 70 minutes and easily maintained.

What kind of BTU's does it put out? comparable to propane burners? Did you get a nice rolling boil?

I'm very intrigued.
