You ge the Cheat box up and then you put in Sv_cheats 1. Then you put Noclip then fly to where he did then trun off nocilp (if you have ti binded it's v) Then you put in the box "z_spawn witch" you can bind it to g by putting Bind g "z_spawn switch". then you spawn them and they do that lol

my thought is, she's only partially changed, and she sits there and cries cause of what she's become. When a survivor gets near, the virus starts boiling up in her, hence the growling, when you startle her, she's lost full control, and when the survivor dies, she snaps to her senses, sees what she's done, and runs off in turmoil and horror.
