  • When you first started did you sound bluesy? Did you have to work at sounding bluesy?

I don't sound bluesy at all and someone said I wasn't born with blues. This true at all?

  • @MrPyroguru Well, "the blues" is a style of playing involving, most notably, certain chord progressions and scale patterns that can be learned. I don't think you have to be born with the blues. But if you need f you need some help in this, just pull for the Charlotte Bobcats NBA team this season. You'll be playing authentic blues in no time!

  • @PatrickLarsonGuitars So someone can learn to make licks sound bluesy sounding with certain guitar techniques?

When I try certain blues licks they sound rather cold without warmth. Any suggestions?

  • The neck and middle pickups are where the moneys at! sounds GREAT!

  • Can you compare the G&L pickups to Fender PUs?

  • Great playing and tone. I really like the G&L Legacy pickups.
