  • Amazing video! thanks for sharing it, I agree, this is the MOST IMPORTANT MOVEMENT HAPPENING on the planet, if we want to survive we have to change the way of birth!

  • I bought the dvd, buy it show it too everyone, i cried from my heart the whole way through, this is the most transformative film i have ever seen. You need to buy it as their are important other aspects, especially that we stop the mutilation of the male via circumcision , this must stop as their is no health authority that says their is any benefit too this barbaric and unconscious act.

Let's wake up to remembering our divinity as LOVE xxx

  • magnifique !!!!

  • So true! EVERYONE should see this film before giving birth! ESPECIALLY IN THE UNITED STATES!!!

  • Beautiful and amazing!

  • "This video may not be suitable for minors." But I'm sure if it was a video of a bunch of parents beating their kids, or someone being beaten to a bloody pulp it would not have that warning above it. I love how something that is natural, that ALL mammals do, could be defined in anyway by anyone as "not suitable". We are taught to sexualize anything and everything that involves the body. No wonder we're so messed up.

  • the song is adiemus, pure moods cd lists the same name for artist and song name

  • @Stellichka Thanx sweetie!!!

  • I got this DVD for my daughter as she prepares to give birth. It is, indeed, an incredible watch. Thanks Elena. Who says we can't change the world?

  • Does anyone knw the name of the song from 09:22 till 09:50???

  • Hi and thank you.

Have you noticed the note "This video may not be suitable for minors" on the top of this page?

Oh God, how ridiculous are we....

IMHO, this very video can SAVE many minors lives.

    Keep up the brilliant work!

    Roman

  • thank you for sharing!

  • What an inspiring and beautiful preview. Thank you so much for posting. If only all deliveries could go this way instead of the contrast of an unnatural entry to this physical plane.

  • i am a guy...and this video scared me but i understand what she is trying to say, i love the message, but you know what i mean..

  • Amazingly beautiful naturell WHOW!!!

  • I hope this video could encourage other women to give birth Naturally.

Australia would banned midwife to attend Homebirth in 2010.

  • It is Amazing video. I had those feeling when i gave birth to my son 6 months a go with only 1 1/2 hr labour. It is intense pain, but it was wonderful experience. Yet now, he is a great baby, very content, wonderful, has a very strong muscle ( he can hold his head in 3 weeks olds) and at 6 months he almost crawling. I'd like to Congratulate this person who made the video. ...

  • Divine Women who have co-created this message of truth and beauty - I honour you all.. Divine blessings of gratitude to all..

  • Beautiful, i take what i like and leave what i don´t need! THANK YOU for empowering woman around the world...i don´t think it hurts anyones feelings...i think it is full of positive images and well done, i send a hug to Igor for his work.

  • Beautiful but please I don't accept the inference that mothers birthing by c-section are birthing "without love". You risk making women feel like failures; women like me, who planned & prepared for a waterbirth and ended up with a pre-eclampsia induced c-section, increasing the risk of PND. My baby was birthed with & received in love, in calm, aided by all the meditation I did before & during birth, and has always been wonderfully alert, calm & happy.

  • a baby does not breath untill oxygen toches its face

  • Baby is in water in the womb. When baby comes out in water he's still attached to the mother through the umbilical and so he is receiving oxygen.

  • UNreal! That little booger had his/her eyes popped open and was checking out everyone around just minutes afterward..it seems like the baby was actually focusing! Wow what a cool vid, I am going to recommend my daughter try this when the time comes - her mom had an awful time having her so maybe she will be spared some pain.

  • I own this movie and words CANNOT describe it; its amazing. I am pregnant with my second child now, due in December and this movie really helped me to choose a peaceful birthing path for my baby and myself. :)

  • such a beautiful movie. And about time that someone show how beautiful birth is. I had a water homebirth with my son and I loved it. I had never felt more beautiful or stronger or happier. A yes, I had fun, too!

  • Superb. I am having my fourth baby. I delivered my other three at home (water birth). I had pain, but it was worth it in the end. I am hoping this one that is coming any time now will be a different experience (I mean that it will like this video (no pain, more, and more love, and great feelings during these contractions). I will say what helped me the most is praying, and remembering what my own motherw ent through to deliver me.

  • I just love the look on the mothers face in the end.She just look so happy.Beautiful video, just amazing.

  • This movie should be flagged for All to see it..

This is the most important movement happening on the planet. I highly recommend seeing the whole film and sharing it and spreading the word. Connect with me if you are intested in more info... Blessings and Love... Jahsah

  • I own the movie -- it is one the most beautiful and important films of our time!

  • Ok, the baby falling off the rock into the water and kicking it's feet until it reached it's mother has got to be the most amazing example of instinct in humans i have ever seen. Its things like that that make me wonder how anyone can question our origin.

  • the small one in the water at the end... wow.

    good promo video!!!Thanx

  • This is great clip that shows the different elements of birth...from other peoples prospectives. I think that no matter how you give birth, birth it self is a miracle even despite the pain factor. The pain pays off from the heart, it really does. So congratulations to all of the great moms and dads to be!

  • won't squatting be tiring? :| are there any other ways to reduce the pain other then doing the spiral movement?

  • I definetly agree with you! squatting would probably get tired (I wouldnt know but it seems like it) Basically one of the main conponents of squatting is because the force of gravity will pull the head down.

  • Check out HypnoBirthing!

  • Squatting in the way the mother is, is largely helped by being in the water, allows freedom of movement, aids in delivery, ...etc. check out Barbara Harper's work with waterbirthing for lots of good research. You can hold a squat in the water for such a very long time, and the mov't/spiriling is almost intuitive...mom's body reacts when she listens to it.

  • People have commented that some women "need" an epi. That is just plain bull. Women have been giving birth for thousands of years before epis were ever invented! Do your research people. And don't rely on what OBs say. They are very down on natural birth, because it makes them obsolete. I don't agree completely with this vid, but it does make you think.

  • Actually, it's been shown that quite a few women can have orgasms during birth.

  • Some women don't feel much pain at birth, instead they lough. That happeneed to my mom, too when I was born, and I was her first child. I was quite small so it was not that painful for her.

  • wow ok i am confused...i thought that it was painful to have contractions and stuff but this girl is laughing...i hope i can do that when i have mine

  • This video is amazing............it absolutely paves the way for the possibility for humans to embrace their true nature from the very moment they take their first breath. On the bigger scale, it means the mass evolution of human conciousness. This video isn't promoting new age ideas - this is not, essentially, about mysticism, although it can be viewed that way. It is about bringing natural birthing techniques into mainstream awareness.

  • Scientific studies of hospital birth compared to homebirths have shown that homebirths are "as safe, if not safer" than hospital births. The abstract for the study can be found by googling "Outcomes of planned home births with certified professional midwives: large prospective study in North America.".

  • Thank you Thank you Thank you it is time for this I love you thank you thank you thank you this will pave the way for my birth centers.

  • Absolutely gorgeous video! I loved it!

  • I had this experience with the birth of my son. you can choose to disbelieve it, however it doesn't make our experiences any less real, or ecstatic.

  • I just love this video. It speaks so truly to the birth of another human being. Those that don't like it really don't see or hear what the video says. Which greatly saddens me. I am very inspired by this video.

Thank you for making such a wonderful video

    Hugs

  • Birth does not have to be painful. You just need to change your perception of pain. It in volves the same control over your consciousness that free-divers use to control the rate at which their heart beats. Some are born with a natural ability to do these things, the majority of us have to work at it. Research has shown that it has nothing to do with physiological differences between individuals and therefore we all have the potential.

  • great video! very informative!!!

  • Just as with all other aspects of life, people manage pain in different ways. Some people need epidurals, but others are able to use water, hypnosis or meditation, massage, breathing, or other techniques to manage childbirth. This doesn't mean they are "hippies" or "jokers", or that they didn't feel pain. It just means people have different experiences of childbirth. :)

  • I was born with a hole in my diaphragm that required emergency surgery. I am very grateful for hospital technology that allowed me to survive.

I gave birth to my own two children outside of a hospital and without "medical intervention". Two ultrasounds per pregnancy and excellent prenatal care assured us that our babies were developing normally and could be born naturally. I am grateful that I was able to give my children the gift of a gentle birth. I thank technology for that as well.

  • We rank close to #30 for maternal and infant morbidity/mortality. That means there are 29 other industrialized nations ahead of us that have better outcomes. Their secret? Using midwives

  • If you would like a good look at what obstetrics is doing in our current culture, check out the book "Born in the USA" by Marsden Wagner. There is so much mistruth out there regarding normal pregnancy and birth.

The fact of the matter is, Obstetricians are surgeons. They are not experts in normal birth. Birth should be handled by midwives - in the hospital and at home - and obstetricians only used when the situation turns high risk or surgery is needed.

  • About 5% of women need true intervention in birth. The fact that our country is reaching a 50% cesarean rate is not pointing towards safe birth. We live in a culture that is dominated by fear of litigation - so doctors push cesareans. Cesareans aren't safer - they just are viewed that way by the courts.

As a homebirth midwife, I deal with low-risk, healthy women. We use very little, if any, interventions in birth. We honor the woman's choices and her body knowledge.

  • i love how high that beautiful birthing woman was...

    Simply inspirational

  • Everyone who's ever lived was carried in a woman's womb! Birthing humanity IS the ultimate, life-affirming power, but NOT power as the military-industial complex defines it. Thus, women in general and birth, in particular, are denigrated, pathologized, controlled. We take back our power when we gestate and give birth OUTSIDE of the paradigm of childbirth-as-illness and recognize birth as awe-inspring, human race-continuing Womb-In POWER! --Step back in awe and just WATCH what we do!

  • its the one, wonderful moment in womans life. My two moments was terrible, in hospital... white walls, tired nurses, sleepy doctor...

Soon will be the next, third. Wonderful!

  • The biggest moment in human nature :)

  • So....she orgasmed while giving birth to her kid? That's a little weird.

  • it's not at all weird for a woman to orgasm during birth. It's very normal. There is so much blood and pressure down there at the time of birth day almost all women experience orgasm wether or not they know about it...that's with natural birth that is. It's pretty amazing.

  • its kind of weird...yeah. like she was all out eyes rolling in the back of her head and moaning. but hey, whatever works.

  • You say it is wierd because of what society has handed to you. I wonder how many women would have better experiences during birth if they did not already have negative beliefs about birth. I'm due in march and trying hard to shed all the crap our society feeds us...opting for a birthing center instead of the hospital.

  • There's many different kinds of orgasms one can have. Chances are that an orgasmic birth is referring to full body orgasms, starting with all the blood and pressure that begins by building in the uterus and cervix. An orgasm during birth isn't because the mother is "getting off on the baby's head" like some uneducated folks have mentioned. It's not that simple. Rather, it's more like a tantric orgasm, including the entire body and all forms of sensation instead of it being localized to genitals.

  • @ImprobableDrive - so what's weird? | Do u mean something like "Giving birth through a body channel that has earlier on contained a penis?" - can this be morally okay? Shouldn't all the mothers be virgins? This all is soo weird. Just imagine. U arrived into this world through the same way. Eeeewww!!!

    So funny - ;D

  • wow

  • was one lady birthing in the ocean

  • wow. i hope when my baby i born it will be so amazing

  • Best birth vid I've seen. Simply superb.

  • Amazing, I wish that everyone was required to watch this. We are so far from where we need to be, this looks like a wonderful film. I cannot wait to see it.
