Intel Celeron D 2.6GHz

1.7GB RAM

40GB HDD

@Pencils82 well, there's no such thing as an integrated graphics card. "integrated" means the GPU runs through the system RAM. obviously not meant for gaming, but hey, i've had to use integrated before i got my new setup too.

I'm using an ATi Radeon HD 3200 chipset and I can run TF2 just fine on mid/high settings. On a laptop. With around 30-50 FPS. As long as there's nothing on my screen that has transparency on it... The tinyest thing drops it to 14 FPS. Which is why I have to run Vista in a constant Windows Classic theme... The transparency rapes it all.

So chipsets aren't that bad, unless it is one of those intel ones.
