Hey Gunskie, don't be concerned. You can diet when they put you in the grave. I've dropped about 25-30 lbs from a hi of 282. I love $1.00 double cheeseburgers. And Snickers. And beer. ect. The bad thing about superheavy is there is no upper limit=(
No offense taken. This is a money move for me though. I do use in it judo . The move is the same. Controling the arm pit keeps him pinned to me. There is little chance for escape. If he movesright to escape it becomes more of a tai otosh/yoki otosh. If he is close then he gets an elbow to the face. oops. Plus when I have armpit i can throw him over my back.Super hard throw...but I like my son and did not want him taking that punishment this day. I'll get some video of me hitting this and post .

So try this, when you enter to throw, put your elbow into your opponents midsection to off balance him. Having your arm under his armpit leaves him some wiggle room, and you wont be effectively off balancing him. Drive into his stomach with an elbow strike, and use that to push him over your knee... and its way more effective.
