not true. we used to out run cops on our off road motor bikes in the field behind my house, we would go down into the creek that went miles, and they couldn't get their cars and trucks into the creek.
cops in a car VS me running through the street.. i get away? whats the cop gonna run me over? is it he gonna jump out the car and tackle me? if a cop is in a car, and im on foot, running through a city, the cop in the vehicle will not be the one to capture me
also, the person who made said video and I talk all the time, and there was a bit of confusion about what the exactly the dare was to encompass. it's fine now [I think]
