@kokilalf01 budokai games have a lot of combos to you prob only mash the punch and kick buttons expecting something new to come out every time. you have to use directional combos and cancels :p try practicing and eat your words. :D

Budokai 2 is the most fun!

if it has better graphics & some improvements of Budokai 3

Shin Budokai 2 is WORSE than one

besides both are boring compared to the PS2 games

and Budokai 1 is stupid because just basic battle systems (like PPPPK for just one Kamehame Ha) & buying dballs <.<

at least the sequences are best, Budokai 3 has the worst ..they arent even videos, just some pictures & animations with cheap SFX + I dont like the dragonrush

@Jonnyjy Dragon Rush was just a game of rock-paper-scissors , who wants play rock-paper-scissors in a fighting game? Hyper Mode was the only way to perform ultimates or fusions, which was irritating because your opponent would just stay away from you until you ran out of energy, leaving you vulnerable for an attack. And are beam struggles really needed for the budokai series? I think it only worked well for the BT and RB series.

@atemash rock scissors paper?im telling about when you made a strong hit and you oponent as well you enter in a strugle by fighting very fast and you must rol the analogs faster than your oponent..forget it!

Hyper mode yes you are right but then you made strategic to aproach them,do you?? ;)

beam struggles are allways necessary,what kind of answer is that?that was very important to make the batle more intense and cool as well.you think only work well for the BT and Rb series?work well on all dbz

I like this game, but:

1. no beam struggles

2. no dragonrush

3. cutscenes are too quick and poor mouthing

4. they took out kid goku, supreme kai, uub, cell jr.,etc

5. no world tournament

6. poor introductory in new moves and controls

This game has good graphics and moves, but it has some flaws that need to be corrected. i give this game 3.5 out of 5, in my opinion

Yeah, I agree with you, the lack of tournament mode is just plain lazy since it was in budokai 3 anyway...same thing with beam struggles...and there was no reason to remove characters. But the dragon rush was a piss off anyway. Still, they could have revised it insted of just ditching it completely. The game is at least on par with budokai 3, if not a tiny bit better. Yes, it's a let down. No it doesn't suck.

@snakeisninja- yea, and it woudlve been better if they had more dragon missions for majin and GT sagas, more battles for baby vegeta, super 17, and shadow dragon sagas, characters like nova and eis shenron, chaiotzu, # 19, SUPER trunks (like dbz w cardass impact) and more playable game modes. then i would give it a 4.4 out of 5

Imo TB and B are both great games.

And they both have different qualities.

In budokai/infinte world the gameplay is more engaging and a bit more fast than in tenkaichi. The teleport system makes it very fast, and dragonballish. The animations in Budokai are better and more fluid too in my oppinion.

In tenkaichi you get more of that dragonball feeling, because you have so many options. You get to move around in a pretty big arena and destroy mountains with an energy blast.
