I see the uploader has "laser" in the keywords, so i'm guessing it was a laser pointer. Anyways, CHIRPING is the pidgeon-like sound they make when they're agitated. Eg, at night when you go to bed and they're telling you they're not ready to go to bed yet. :D Or when they're in heat - etc

the clicking is something they usualy do when they see and want something they cant reach. my cat always does this when she is looking outside through the window and she sees a bird or something, a prey she can't reach.

When she sees another cat, one she knows, she stretches up against the window and starts clawing the window with her paws while clicking.
