no th information given is wrong....this ceremony only done when a girl or a boy first time take part in a meke.cause .in fijian culture everything a person do for the 1st time thrs a ceremony similar to this will take place eg..if a chid ffirst go on a boat trip or go abroad when tht child came back he/she will dress up exactly like what we seen here
