you need to convert the voltage, 950,000 volts would kill you man. I got a 1 million volt Barracuda stun gun and you need to convert the volts to kilovolts to be proper. 1 million volts is 1000KV. So he wasnt getting shocked by much when he used the lower level stun guns. They dont necassarily hurt that much, its just not comfortable lol. I know because im a Corrections Officer and had to go through Taser Certification.
