LOL! Actually no, it is a bit confusing.. Chuck has a vision of Cas killing Dean and the boys search for a way to stop that form happening. Meanwhile, Pestilence makes an appearence and 'marks' Sam to die. Dean wont have that, so they find this ritual for him to take his place and, well, he asks Cas to perform it against Sam's wishes of course. And that's about it, but there's more to the story..;)
