The girl still has an awesome voice - as evidenced in the You Oughta Know clip from a few years ago.
Her natural voice is so much better, but record companies like that higher pitched sexier type sound.. Katy Perry does it sometimes as well.
I like Britney's voice without all the auto tune done to her music now, she sounds like a computer. She has a really unique and pretty voice when she just sings. I won't pay to see her just walk around the stage lip syncing to her tracks. I would pay to see her sing live. Who cares if it's not a perfect performance, that's the point of it being live.

Britney has so many unique vocal abilities that she brings to pop music, which I LOVE... but... it would be amazing if she used her full, natural vocals to showcase her raw talent that could even win over her critics and allow more people to appreciate her music. Everytime, Shadow, Unusual You etc... these are all incredible songs. As much as I adore her pop/dance music, I really hope she tries a mature, artistic album to explore her wonderful talent!! ^_^

If she some how could have stuck to her old roots, she might have been more of a ballad singer without having to compromise the style of her voice and going out of her range.
