As far as Hispanics passing Black-Americans in numbers. The thing is that Hispanics and Black-Americans belong to different categories. One is cultural and the other racial. So our numbers represent something different. Latinos will be the largest minority if you're looking at things culturally. But Black-Americans will continue to be the second largest racial group in America behind whites. So people need to be aware of the distinction between both group's categories.

As far as Hispanics passing Black-Americans in numbers. The thing is that Hispanics and Black-Americans belong to different categories. One is cultural and the other racial. So our numbers represent something different. Latinos will be the largest minority if you're looking at things culturally. But Black-Americans will continue to be the second largest racial group in America behind whites. So people need to be aware of the distinction between both group's categories.
