  • may i do a video on how 2 wash a schleich horse im asking cuz ur the only 1 who has done it i think, but it not going 2 be the exact same im not going 2 use soap just water. i will mention that u were the 1st 1 to do this :)

  • so this defently dosent take the paint off? :)

  • i got that horse yesterday!

  • keine hobbys ?

  • Ok, so I received a phonecall from Schleich and they confirmed the pronunciation- 'sh-lie-sh' In the 'lie' part, the 'I' sound is more prominent than the 'e.' The word as a whole rhymes with 'splice'.

  • just so you know i donrt think it takes paint off breyers ~i collect them, but i also have a variety of schleich's~!!!!!!!!!!! also i LOVE YOUR WESTURN SADDLE I ride westurn and its pretty good i tryed to make 1 for my breyer stablemates!

  • Ok, aliceloveshorses3 and HappyPineapple99, no arguing please :) To be perfectly honest, does it really matter that much whether you say it the right way or not? Really? Just don't clog up the comments with more of this stuff. K? :) x

  • THIS RUIEND MINE !!!!!

  • Im part German and we pronounce Schleich Sh-lie-sh

  • Whoops, sorry for posting twice! My computers being a bit weird today.

  • @aliceloveshorses3

    Ok,

a). I did not tell you that you're starting to argue, I requested that you research beforehand.

b). Where exactly on the website did you mean?

c). I have emailed Schleich requesting that they enlighten us on the pronunciation

d). Please do not get snotty about this. I merely pointed out that I thought you where saying it wrong, and I also exhibited my dismay at scrubbing model horses (which is fine if you are just having them as shelf pieces or toys) but I show my mod

  • Aliceloveshorses is right, thats how its pronounched. How often are you suppose to clean your horse. I was just going to do it once a month possibly.

  • @aliceloveshorses3 I can assure you it's 'Schlike.' Go do some research before you start arguing =)

  • @HappyPineapple99 well i can assure u schl;eck, go check out their website, and dont u dare tell me im starting 2 argue u brung it into this

  • Omg! You can't do this to the poor schleich! You'll ruin the paint! (So sorry, son't mean to be rude.) If you look after your models then they won't get dirty in the first place. To get the sticky stuff off from the label, use a damp tissue. If you accidentally spill something on the model, then use an ultra soft cloth and water (maybe a TINY amount of soap), but to scrub them?

Sorry again if this sounds rude!

    BTW: It's pronounced 'Shlike". =)

  • @HappyPineapple99 no its pronounced sh-leck

  • i havent tryed it yet but i will let u know if it werks for my schleichs i just tryed it and it made my shier i think it is alitle bit shiner well i have had him since the year 2000

  • i havent tryed it yet but i will let u know if it werks for my schleichs

  • i havent tryed it yet but i will let u know if it werks

  • To make my model horses shiny, particularly the models I don't use, I use clear nail polish.

  • if you were usuing breyers this it would scratch the paint of like in 10 secs!

  • Thanks for this video, I finally managed to get the sticky stuff from the Schleich label of one of my horse's legs :)

  • funny

  • HAHAHA this is so funny. It's a toy horse how dirty can it be that you need a toothbrush and soap. Just stick it under some water and swish it around and dry with a towel. HAHAHA then you put lotion on it.HAHAHA so fuuny!

  • @whitesoxbob Ah shaddup you loser. We respect your interests, you respect ours. And you watched the damn video anyway. So we'd rather you used your time more usefully than waste it making fun of people who never did anything to you. Get lost.

  • THX!! this rea;;y helps when i have fineshed oing on hack in the mud with my schleich horses!
