Hi! I liked your demo very much so I made my own: Adding a Phonon VideoWidget to a QGraphicsView. Visual results were very nice (as in your demo), but the problem I found was that CPU usage was terrible compared to a regular Phonon VideoWidget.
How was your experience in terms of performance? Could you render the video without problems?
@benlaudc Do you have OpenGL rendering activated? If yes and you are using windows, do you have the right driver installed? Whats about the graphics card itself? Do you have a "real" graphics card or just a onboard solution?
Nice demo, unfortunately if you use the gstreamer backend the video color is encoded backward (BGR) and all the colors are fucked

Excellent! I am also trying to embeded phonon within QGraphicsView.. but the framerate is very slow. Any tricks can help to improve it?
