There was also a proper shiela - summer dreams of love spanish release on bit music (shiela - summer dream of love - bit music) which is different to the network one.

The song is Shiela - Summer dream of love - Joy records was released in the mid 90's italian song Joy records being the Italian Label. I believe there was also a Spanish version released Makina style on BIT music network - summer dream of love - bit music. The Network release being the bouncier of the 2 then again it could just be a re-release on BIT I'm 90% sure it was a Spanish mix though. Hope that helps.
