Crêpes are different from pancakes and a chef should know that.. I think this dude just bought a jacket and a handycam. He drowned the crêpe in fat, and you use milk, not water.. He's too dumb to stir eggs with flour and milk.. One of his other videos shows he is salting meat in the pan right away, it will destroy the coating of the pan and make the meat dry.. Do not listen to this dumbass.

that recipe is not for a "traditional crepe" a better batter would use flour,eggs,and milk. you CANT use pancake mix because theres baking soda or powder inthere which will still make them rise.

these which were ready at the beginning was to thick.... so pancakes.

and that shit what he did in his great pan wasnt crepes aswell they need about 30seconds and you need to flip them but this one was more than a minute in the pan btw too much butter aswell you just need to brush it.... and since when is in the pancakemix water?

His crepe was broken in the pan, and the pan is too "deep".

You need a quite "flat" pan to make the crepe otherwise it's a nightmare to flip

@Lockness7777 my thoughts exactly... this kids techniques are ok at best. Get a decent crepe recipe... not bisquick with extra water... you just made a thin pancake in a deep pan... your culinary instructor would have given you crap about using that pan to make crepes...
