I did this in July! unfortunately the weather wasn't good enough to even fly over Na Pali, but I'm going back in June 2011 to try it again. I hope I get to see whales like you did!

You wear noise canceling headsets that allow for communication with the pilot, as well as for listening to music if you like...

did this this summer...the highlight of my trip :) didn't see whales though, but that would've been amazing, i can tell!!
