Longtime friendship is hard anyway, but this is heartbreaking because Haim is so loveable and such a good person inside. But man, he couldn't deal with anyone trying to tell him he needed help or that drugs might be wrecking him. So many people tried to tell him. Trying to deal with someone like that when they refuse to hear you is exhausing and frustrating. Especially when you love them.
