How did you Find Phantom in megaman zero 3!!!
Hmm.. if i recall, at the stage where you fight the 2 baby elves for the second time, there's a part where the whole stage is fill with spikes
at the begining of that spiky part, don't go down, just keep going left, you'll see a door
go in and you see a transporter
curiosity would say why not go explore it?
and tadaa~ Phamtom
after you beat him, you'll get the mother of all boots =]
it might be a different stage lol i've forgoten x]
but i am pretty sure it's the 2nd baby elf stage
