let me say first that i agree with the things you think....i just wanted to explain why the small boats are scary. having served watch on an aircraft carrier, i know that there is nothing worse than small unidentified boats approaching, you never know what is on them...ie explosives. Sorry lady, but you might want to understand the mere basics of explosives. Small boats loaded with explosives can take down a ship. Ramming these "small boats" into the hauls or allowing people to get close enough to use specially designed explosives to take down ships are potential threats. People don't have x-ray vision to tell if they have explosives on board. I'd be cautious too.
