I just fought someone who used the Romans with the Gauls. He had more troops, but I had better troops. I defeated an ambush, out maneuvered his archers, and surrounded his troops. Only 1 unit of archers of his hadn't routed, and I was seconds away from getting them when he quit, leaving the battle unresolved, robbing me of my official victory and, more importantly, my happy victory music. But it's okay now, after finding it here. My hope in humanity is restored.

I don't know if this is the best song in RTW, but I can certainly understand why some would think so. It sure is a kick. Once again, Jeff Van Dyck has captured the pure festive spirit of a barbarian frolic. You can almost visualize Attila and his minions dancing around a bonfire swigging ale and slapping each other on the shoulders in brotherly comradship after a hard fought triumph. It's great!
