I'm ashamed to say that I haven't been in the Chalice Well gardens for some, even though it's just over the hill from me :(

But I'll put that right in the next few days.

Thanks for that Mike, eventually did this in Picasa as Youtube won't accept Flash formats, which is what i had hoped to use.

Take a look at 2:31; that pic made me think about your spectre, same location i think? It does make me wonder if people who perform ceremonies/meditation up there 'open' something up or leave something 'behind' unwittingly, who know's?

You're very lucky to live so close by the Tor and gardens, i've always loved it.

Hi Chris. All YouTube videos are converted to flash as you upload them, that maybe why they don't accept them for upload in the first instance.

Anyway, it's probably better to use WMV for all vids, (using Windows Movie-Maker), and I have usually, except for one or two AVI vids.

You may well be right about the Druids etc., not "decharging" the place when they've finished..

The Spectre pic was taken from a farm gate in Wellhouse lane, yours looks right!

Hi there,

There's lots of legends surrounding Glastonbury, especially with it being the final resting place of king Arthur, the holy Grail (which i have heard is supposed to be buried there), and Joseph of Arimathea, who was alledgedly Jesus' uncle. There are lots of other stories and theories surrounding the place and i recommend having a look at Mikesey1's videos which will give you a bit of an insight into the place. Whatever you believe (or don't), it is a stunning place.
