a real shithole . i hope this place goes under if the treat there employees this bad ,i wonder how there product is , i will not buy it. im buying a new rv and making sure its not fitted whith there product.
this is a shithole company the people that run the office are drama bitches especialy lisa . the should shut there doors . there liars and thiefs. they will screw you over . a rating from 0-10 i give them a -0
Yeah, the guys I worked with in the test lab were great. I had fun there. But, for them to keep Jeff, and lay off Tom was kind of a shock. Nothing against Jeff, but Tom had 20 years in there, so that was all about the company and their money. Kinda pissed me off to hear that. But, Jeff is a good guy. Considering Norcold SENT Tom to Electronics school, why would they do that? Money is the only reason.
I worked as a contractor there at the time. I knew Bonnie and her husband somewhat well. This was truly a pathetic thing to hear about. Then of course, I hear they fired you (the poster of the video) for posting this thing, but you know what? Good for you. Shows you what little respect ANY corporation has for people these days. Last time I called to see who still had their job, it was half the engineers, and ONE technician in the test lab was left. They actually laid off the guy with more time!
@ALxtreme Ya they fired me and said i was using phone on company time to record and it was policy but it wasn't a phone it was a camera and then the same week they fired me they had a meeting going over the handbook but i still had the handbook i got when i was hired and it said nothing like that and then in the video there's people on cell phones none going fired well then they denied my unemployment for the policy that wasn't in handbook later found they lied with new handbook but it was fun

Norcold does suck !!! It was at one time a division of the Stolle Corporation. When Stolle's changed hands, and the shops were sold off. The employees in all the shops were treated bad. It is NOT a company that cares for it's employees. All the bosses SUCK as well. It is a true joy when a boss gets fired from here !!!!!!!!!!

Between the long shut down, the cut in the shift and the ongoing trouble in RV and boat markets (who the hell is going to buy an RV or boat now?) you're lucky you got your 27 years in at all. Now they're all getting laid off, and I doubt the rest of them are getting pies.
