In the picture at the end where we see two figures as if they are looking out the window it could be a case of Paradolly where the light is hitting the window in such a way that it could cause a shape to form on the window and the position of the camera and so when people look out the window our brain interprate that we are looking at 2 body apparition. If they did radiation injections/testing the plumbing would be full of residual. Depending on what isotope they used, then you could calculate if any readings would be present, before even going.......just the radium used back then would lite up around the sewer outlets. but Im sure the State has surveyed it a hundred times. find the drain for the building and it should be loaded. I see nothing of consequence in the video, as for the orbs, they are dust particles -- my camera captures them as blue orbs (some even have faces). You can't rely on photos when you're in a dusty/moldy/old/damp place like that. The EVP sounds more like natural ambient noise than anything else
