If you share it public, it will pop up in the search results of Google+, if you have even just a few connections there (which can be lasagna lovers you found in the search) they can share it to their circles, and if it's good maybe it pops up in Google Search when looking for lasagna. Try that on Facebook, Twitter or your blog!
