It doesn't matter what smoke you put in your lungs...it's all bad...some is just worse than others. I would smoke sparingly if you have to, but it's a matter of how high you prioritize your health and sports performance...what means the most to you...getting high or being your best? Let some steam off with a few beers now and then. If you can buy or learn how to put your THC in food, ie: brownies, etc. that's the way to go. I wish I could go back in time, but no re-do's in life. Eating it is a great choice! People just don't understand you can fuck up you lungs...I smoked 'big time' for almost 20 years and really wish I could go back in time and quit thinking I was invincible. There are consequences for habitually filling your lungs with smoke...enjoy, but be smart. Peace.

im an athlete in highschool but i also love smoking weed. I can feel the day to day difference on my lungs and proformence and somtimes wonder if its worth jepordizing my football and wrestling. I kno i dont have a real long time left where i can play a high level of sports( even though ill prolly play in college) and wonder i should just wait till after my career is over when ill have the rest of my life to smoke.
