Just type in "Touhou Anime Project" in the search box. It has three parts and I'm sure you can find the one with english subtitles because I found and watched it twice. I usually watch animes here on YouTube because I don't know any anime sites. ^-^ Ha ha...
It's the Touhou Project. Keep in mind that this was a line of independently made danmaku (bullet hell) shooting games for Windows and the PC-98 first. This is actually a Doujin (fan-made) anime and isn't officially supported by the creator (That's right, only one man worked on the game's popular installments). Also, there is only 1 episode of the "anime" out right now.
