You're a founder of a fish market and worked at the docks for 30 years?!!! Sorry, but you do not know how to cook crabs. You steam them, not boil them. It's simple, if you steam them, you do not need to add salt, and it's more flavorful that way. And you don't get rid of the "crab butter." It's a tasty part of the crab too.

Omg I wish I was rich, I have not had Crab or Lobster in more that 20 years.

There is imitation crab meat. It's very cheap around 4$ for 2lbs. It's made from a fish. Also Chinese buffets usually charge around $10 per entry and they ALWAYS have crab legs in the buffet and it's all you can eat.
