  • Sounds so good in mono. Lemmy is right!!!! :D

  • In Nowhere Man, there is a flaw when the drum starts (out of time)

  • @Cola96K that's called the magic of groove.

  • @nartrock or just human mistakes

  • i had a ringo haircut whne i was 15

  • its a shame they didnt have schizo meds when nostradamus was alive or he could have been a more productive member of society instead of a babbling bullshitter

  • 07/16/2011 was the 12th anniversary of the 460 year old poem about JFK Jr's plane crash; Century 10 ~ Quatrain 72: "The year 1999, seventh month, ~ From the sky will come a great King of Terror: ~ To bring back to life the great King of the Mongols, ~ Before and after Mars to reign by good luck." Nostradamus. This is explained in my ~"book"~ ~"DIVINE 9/11 INTERVENITON"~ which you can read and download 4 free at LOVEGODISLOVEdotORG. ~"LOVE!"~ ~"GOD IS!"~ ~"LOVE!"~ We ~"become"~ what ~ We ~"do"~!

  • God, Paul's bass really went by me on this album, I'm so glad I sat down properly and listened. Nowhere Man is quite interesting.

  • @Kernnee No doubt!

  • Thanks, Padfoot333, for uploading these nice chunks of the album! I'm thoroughly enjoying each part!!

  • 0:00 Nowhere Man

  • In Nowhere Man, it's where the song kicks in just as the vocals are at "....making all his..." about 0:08-0:09, that one moment alone is just magic. For me that is music.

  • I'm a real Nowhere Man . The Beatles FOREVER!!!

  • AHA John is the only one looking !! I Luv The Beatles ;-)

  • IN 50 YEARS NO 1 HAS EVER COME CLOSE TO THE BOYS FROM MY HOME CITY

  • Probably my favorite Beatles song along with the rest of favorite Beatles album -"Rubber Soul..." Dan Nealon

  • This new group, the Beatles, has a "twanginess" that we haven't heard since the 60's...Dan Nealon

  • This new group, The Beatles, has a certain "twanginess" that we haven't heard since the 60's. Dan O'Nealon

  • pure genius !!!

  • theres just something about Rubber Soul that sounds so incredible in mono. i guess because it was the last album in which true synergy within the band took place, before the songs became more individualized. Of course thats not to say that everything after RS isn't as good, haha

  • "the future still looks good"...sorry boys it sucks wish I was born in your generation. my generation is a joke...no spirit

  • @maddogmalo Agreed! Too many hipsters, emos and wiggers out there today.

  • wesome

  • I really hated the way Rubber Soul sounded when it was released on cd in the 80's.

The vocals were much louder than the band and it sounded really weak to meThis mono version does the album justice.

  • My beloved father gave me this music and I will never forget.

  • Listen to Paul's bass, really moves the song along!

  • esto es musica para mis oidos!!

This is music to my ears is the greatest thing I've heard, the beatles is the best. the Beatles forever!

  • they shoulda started this album with nowhere man

  • @mindlessprimitive If you think that, make a time machine, go back in time and tell them that. Meanwhile, the album is fine for every other Beatlemaniac the way it is. ;]

  • @PiggyPinedog i dont meen it ina bad way, i just cant remeber the lyrics to drive my car. >< __

  • @mindlessprimitive That's a ridiculous excuse...

  • are the long spaces between each song on the original album?

  • @Benjabola no, that is my mistake. Somehow the songs were spaced out and I couldn't fix them. sorry about that.

  • @Padfoot333 It really don't matter man, we can just use our hand and slide it up. no biggy!

  • @Padfoot333 No mistake man, it's good.

  • @Padfoot333 next time fix the gap between the songs you dumbshit

  • @COPMMUSIC Just buy the album nob rash!

  • @dominiccarter77 HaHAHAHAAHA!

  • @Padfoot333 Well sometimes the computer will ask how long you want the songs spaced out you may have not noticed and just pressed ok and it gave you the default space in between each song.

  • @Benjabola no it's not

  • @Benjabola no

  • i'm so glad i'm not christian :L

  • john was always unhappy about the lyrics in nowhere man.

  • Theres not many albums where every song is a masterpiece.

  • bask in the glory of real mccartney not faul mccartney

  • @DCAreaguy2001 Mccartney has been real all this time. You're an idiot if you think that Faul Mccartney is real

  • @birdy47 Lol, amen.

  • @a77white Dude, shut up lol

  • @a77white ...

    *scratched my head*

I didn't quite understand that love.

Could you run that by me again?

  • @tasteofmadness Have you ever seen the 19~"77"~ Movie ~"OH, GOD!"~ staring George Burns and John Denver? I have had a similar ~"experience"~. Not very similar just similar. In other words, I have been allowed to ~"witness"~ ~"proof of God"~. This means we are here for a reason. And that ~"reason"~ is to ~"become"~ ~"Love"~. And the only way to become anything, is by doing. ~"God is love."~ ~"His"~ ~"Kingdome"~ is ~"the Kingdome of Love."~. Do ~"Love"~ and you can enter in. DO IT NOT & YOU WON'T!

  • @a77white ... Are you by chance a natzi/white supremist?

    Just asking.

  • @tasteofmadness Did you know that ~"a white"~ is in the King James ~"7"~ times. And ~"a right"~ is also in there ~"7"~ times. And know I am not a "natzi/white supremist?". I am a ~"Love thy neighbour as thyself."~ Jesus Christ ~ "When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know peace." ~ Jimi Hendrix believer. It's very often very hard to do ~ but ~ "Love is the answer." ~ ~ "Contend all things with love." ~ and you will become ~"one"~ with ~"all things"~ as ~"Love"~.

  • @a77white ...

    You're so confusing.

    Why are you talking "like"~~~this~so~"much"?

    :|

  • @tasteofmadness drugs.. or a new age cult member.... or maybe just conceited.

  • @MrJehosefat HA.

A cult member sounds highly plausible.

    Concieted most likely ; )

  • @a77white if god is real why did he not teach the older civilazations about himself??, eygptians, maya, incas and sumarians??

  • @thevanastragang is this relevant at all are u trying to start a religious flame war? dude you're listening to the beatles so enjoy the music and not be a douche

  • till mccartney was in a car crash and the executives fired him and replaced him. wont hear this mccartney on abbey road or the white album

  • @DCAreaguy2001 Your a moron on. you need to get your story right according to you paul died in the car accident so how could they fire him dumb ass just shut up

  • this my fav album it has lots of good songs like drive my car nowhere man run for your life etc and mostly the song in my life i could listen to tht one song all day non stopn to me this is their best album

  • thanks for the upload!

  • lovely rubber soul

  • This song always brings mixed feelings.... reminds me of my boyfriend in high school....yeah, Nowhere Man, he was a rich boy with the world at his command....he ended up overdosing....what a crime....what a shame....

  • I've finally made up my mind, I feel the remasterd Stereo versions are better then mono /still each to ther own/ in mono the sound seems compressd but which ever version works for you still don't change the fact best music ever made!

  • Im a Nowhere man!!!

  • no... i am

  • and I Am The Wlarus!

  • @horrorstudios001 Aren't we all?

  • the word. the best song

    la palabra, la mejor cancion

  • @099697310, what does la palabra, la mejor cancion mean?

  • @megabatmanfan It means "The Word, The best song."

  • Think for Yourself is a perfect song. It's like a punk song, almost...but with maracas.

  • i like the rubber soul songs. Although they aren't in such a far developped stadium as the Sgt Pepper's and Abbey Road songs, they are addicting. BBBE: Beatles Best Band Ever@

  • I just wish they filmed their sessions - I would LOVE to see just what they played and how they made this great music... Peace...

  • @BostonRocker51 Seriously. That's why I love just being able to hear the outtakes and things as they would either shoke up or forget chords or not be able to hear certain things. It's so cool how young they were when they first started and sang in dirty bars in Germany, and went on to.. well, save the world.

  • i think i was a beatle in my other life

  • which one

  • Nowhere Man, a lennon song, just took four takes. First three takes backing basic track. The original master comes from take 4. Mono edition mix and stereo, are not diferent.

  • I was there these lovely lads changed the face of pop music as we new it. I went from the ronettes to the beatles and never looked back and of course there was lotsa of happy stuff with this. the hair grew and the mind changed the whole world seemed to folowsuite. then everybody wanted to be the beatles and do all the groovy stuff they were doing it was an amazing time.

  • i am so jelous right now

  • What a trip it would be to actually be in the studio when they recorded this wonderful music.

  • Think for Yourself sounded awesome in Mono. I couldn't believe how amazing the fuzz guitar sounded!

  • shine on you crazy mono

  • Yet another reason why stereo back in the day sucked. With mono it's so nice to hear all the instruments and vocals actually working together in a mix rather than being out of place with mad separation. But I have to say that I like the remasters, but I really wish they would remix the albums in today's standard of stereo--because back in the sixties--they really didn't know what they were doing...well Jimi knew what he was doing, but he wasn't human anyway.

  • The Who was another one that knew how to mix for sterio back then, theres an old interview with pete townsend where even he pointed out how mixed up (no pun intended) the beatles sterio mixs were

  • Couldn't agree more-many of the stereo remasters sound awful, all over the place-the mixes don't gel and every mistake, drop out etc is so highlighted. I personally think that the drums and bass have been eqd far too high on the more subtle numbers,to the detriment of the songs

  • I agree with you, thenowuk, but in Rubber Soul, the stereo mix is not bad at all. In Sgt Pepper is awful I admit...

  • I like some of the stereo mixes Bob Johnston did for Bob Dylan.

  • Nowhere man now sounds fantastic! The guitar solo now has a shimmering quality to it - and has much a sharper tone

  • I promise you, Nowhere Man is better in stereo!

  • The eight-track stereo sounds better to me. But this mono track is still good.

  • Agreed. Solo is better in mono though.

  • well spoken

  • Doesn't beat the original vinyl. This sounds flat and shitty. Plus nowhere isn't on the original rubber soul. My sisters cuddle with me. I have 5 cute sisters

  • Nowhereman was in the original Rubber Soul, how do you say not?

  • umm it wasn't in the us version. Plus "ive just seen a face" was the first cut. I have it sitting right here with me.

  • Yes but the US version wasn´t the original... in fact the Beatles complainted a lot about the way Capitol changed the original british tracklisting

  • thats why the beatles supposeabbly made that cover of yesterday and today....

where they had butchered baby dolls, because capitol "butchered" their albums

  • that album cover kinda creeped me out at first because their smiling with chopped babies around them.

  • @megakiller999 what are you talking about ?

  • @megakiller999 It's really a show off of their somewhat dark humour. But reportedly, George Harrison said "I don't want to take par in any mroe of your sick photoshoots." or something like that.

  • @AFiendishThingy140 Thanks, I always wondered what that was about. Stupid Capital meanies.

  • You must listen to it on surround sound set for 2 channel stereo. It will sound just like the vinyl.

  • wtf random about your sisters.

  • nowhere man is amazing now!!

  • nowhere man really shines in mono absoluty lovely

  • Lovely, of course. But "Nowhere Man" would sound great on a water-logged eight-track.

  • Better yet front speakers are cerwin vega 200 watts, rear speakers 2 preamped 200 watts, center spearker preamped subwoffer, pop that on prologic and you will swear you are in the same room with the beatles. I guess it is the system you got vs the cd too.
