  • That is alot better then I have seen lately but why don't u lockout at the top? I'm not hating or anything but I don't consider any lift a complete lift unless you lockout at the top. I always lockout at the top and I never have any joint pain. As long as you warm up properly there should be no joint pain. If your not locking out for a reason please let me know cause I would like to know.

  • i was saying i max on ONE ARM press with 100 pounds. at a tall ass height(making it harder) and a LOW ass weght, and i actually do the lift correctly. slow negative, i lift it off myself, touch my chest and pause at the bottom, while keeping my ass on the seat and then i fullt go to lockout. this guy is easily 200 pounds and probably short too thinking hes great and hes not eeven balancing the bar right which defeats the bars purpose at all

Also, to defend my case, I stated, "if you max out at a miniscule 100 lbs". This simply states that your max was miniscule, which it still is.

  • Better? Well, it's even harder than using 135lb DBs because he has to work extra hard to keep the long bar balanced.

    But also, he's only doing one side, which again is harder because your whole body is unbalanced and you don't get the natural strength benefit that comes when your brain tells your body to fire both sides at the same time.

    Basically, this is unreal stuff.
