God...... :( I remember having to wipe away tears at one point when I watched this ages ago. The tone of the song, the way the characters are all drawn then vanish with the coloured lines, and then that little finish with the strings at the very end.... Such a sad series in the end. :(

I LOVED where it was going--she's a god, the giants in a mirror dimension of our world, cyborgs, spies, my mouth was drooling over that! It went from a magnificent piece of story telling...to smoldering away to a cinder. I don't get it, why do that? Never seen Bamboo Blade, what's it about? And Bamboo blade was ok, its about a bunch of grls and a few guys who join this kendo team. and OMC! u HAVE TO WATCH RUROUNI KENSHIN!!! I'm not even finished w/ it, (i'm only on like ep 23) and I love it! If you liked inuyasha or ny other anime where there is sword fighting you will love this anime! KENSHIN ROCKS!!

@animelover3979 Now I'm only about 6 ep. in, so what I know is a thing called "Heavens Gate" opened (a portal to another dimension, I take it) and a race of people called "Contractors" emerged, and these Contractors have various powers and are used as hitmen/assassins/spies. A masked Contractor is out "searching" and goes through many contractors while on his quest. Well made (music by Yoko Kanno! Awesome!), but it's a bit cryptic in its exposition.

The first time I was ever exposed to anime was the Pokemon boom, I never got into it. But then I saw Miyazaki's Spirited Away and was thoughouly captivated by it. Trigun was the first series I ever saw. Took me a few episodes, but I really got into it. That was 4 years ago, I've been hooked since.

they used to play this anime on tv and it was wonderful :'( the ending made me cry. but it was so good while it was on. and this is one of the only animes where i liked the english dub better than the japanese. it was SO good. especially joshua, rosette, and chrno! joshua was the most amazing to me though.
