  • @ chamoorin calorific expenditure really depends on your level of condition, weight and so many other factors. @barned good glad you like it- will be re filming it on a better camera in france in the next month

  • Great workout!!! Got me sweating like Zidane haha did 2 rounds and it had me drop to the floor when I was done, I'm just a beginner in kettlebells and want a fighter style body hope to get it this way because I hate lifting dumbells in the gym. Great vid..! Thanks
