as a transgender I am glad such vids as this one are out. it starts to clear up and open the minds of people. gender is fluid and compleatly based on perception.
political correctness is divisive. this is about children.
no surgery on genitalia unless and until a condition presents that seriously threatens life and health, then make only *necessary* surgical changes, taking care to minimize harm to sexual nerves.
get laws passed that make it easy to change gender on birth certificates. homeschool the kids until they present gender on their own. if needed, the kid will love the opportunity to change their name to whatever they want.
Isn't the bigger problem here stereotypes and treating people as if they have to be one of two genders? If there wasn't so much stereotypes of this gender are like this and that gender is like that then wouldn't the need for sex change reduce? People wouldn't feel like they was the other gender because there would be no difference between them besides body parts and personalities. Not that you are male so you must have these features and your female so you must act like this?

Noone outside has to know since a lotta people are narrowminded. I think kids should decide themselves what genitals and gender they want, no need for surgey unless they cant pee or have medical problems. I assume if the kid grows up, you can see how they act raise them live that till they are old enough to decide.

There was a 5 year old transsexual, boy who wanted to be a girl badly in the USA. Kelly, hollands most well known transsexual asked her parents if her penis could be removed when she was in bath as a very young child. If parents recognise it fast it is good, since they can start treatment faster. One parent of a transsexual had her boy-born kid live her high school life as a girl even before operations, made life easier for her. BTW this girl in the video is clearly girl, no matter the XY.

Today 12 children in 1000, or 1/87, have some form of Intersex/Transsexual (Chromosomal/Bioneurological) anomaly. Similarly, 1 child in 2000 are born ambiguous where the physician cannot determine sex or gender. Is there a reason why they should be treated as sub-human, or denied the most basic of equality and rights that others so freely enjoy? Is there reason at this late date to retain and persistently continue ignorance and bigoted behavior? And why would we do so against children? WHY?
We're not just walking sets of gonads; our brains are complex. But it's not just the brain; what of people who have XXY chromosomes? Or both sets of genitals? What gender are they? Their condition is obviously not caused by psychologica trauma or whatever else bigots use as an excuse to berate the T in LGBT.
I think it's about time that people are seen for who they are and not what they look like. If you feel a certain way, this is your truth and no amount of beratement or conditioning is going to change this fact.

so if doctors cant treat patients right with the right terminology on the most simple facts
such as the red head is no longer a young girl but i now actually a beautiful"woman"
