Did the same thing to my X-Men DVD.
Don't use CD Doctor, use Maxell DSR CD/DVD Repair Machine.
I found there was still skipping issues with CD Doctor.

ok this is a little(very) stupid but it worked. Apply the following to the scratched disk, chapstick, color disk with highliter,mountain dew game fuel, toothpaster,soap,body wash,shampoo,more soap. Then wash the disk off very very well dont ruin ur game console, after washing off very well dry with cotton shirt or something.
Realy it work, btw my sratched to hell.
