no joke, the best sweet batter ive ever used for dep frying is just regular "just add water" pancake mix. i did it once with mars bars (will never do again, 50g of food = 100000000kg on the hips), but it was sooooooo good.

Very nice video. I'm going to try to make it. I live in Thailand and it doesn't really look exactly like the ones sold in Thailand but they look great anyway. In Thailand instead of using plain flour they mix a variety of flours such as rice flour and tapioca and there's another kind which I can't remember the name.

Me and my friend made our own simple recipe yesterday it is below and you should totally try it because it is delicious!!!

Step 1: cover banana slices in pancake batter

Step 2: place them in a skillet that is coated with oil

Step 3: flip the banana so each side gets fried

Step 4: take them out and sprinkle them with a cinnamon and sugar.

Step 5: EATT
