  • where did his wallet go???? LOL

  • Where was this?

  • Emirates football stadium in London

  • Iam not a big Bruce fan , Lofgrin has the talent / Great together through

  • Twat

  • ?? there is this: YOU don't now his music, his work, hope and depth in his songs, sorry for you man that you dont know and see this

and there is fun in all of it, live shows

  • Is he 60 or 35? =)

  • Fantastic clip! Thanks so much for sharing this - I'm there at the front clutching Bruce's leg! Have been to many many Bruce shows, and this was one of the best, and I'm so pleased to have my physical contact with Bruce captured on film!

  • Great quality vid!! I was at the same show but on the halfway line. Nice to see what it was like at the front. Hope he comes back in the next couple of years - don't know who was enjoying it more, the crowd or the Boss + Band!!

  • Sir i guess you don't take the time to listen to some REAL and descent music. Bruce can't wait till he comes back to the U.S. to Hershey Park.

  • why would you watch the video then?

looks like your the only dumbass

  • why would you watch the video then?

looks like your the only dumbass

  • WOW, brings memories of The early videos of his career

  • I live in the US...I have seen him more than 20 times since 1974. He remains by far the best concert value in modern-day music (and we are going back 35 years)...Even today, the top ticket is USD95 and u can get in the building for USD65. What u get is 2.5 hours of spectacular music with at most 5 minutes of breaks. It is great fun, the best time one can have, and he could charge USD50-60 more but he doesn't...

  • WOW! more like this at mybrucespringsteen

  • my dad was there, and he's taking me to the one in cardiffnot this saturday but the one after!

  • Just for future reference, marti32, how early did you get there for your wristband?

  • For me, the ticket price was worth it alone just for Thunder Road! I would have loved The River though! The price was well worth it. If you want to have a go at anyone regarding money then it should be directed at eBay scalpers who were selling tickets for this concert at £150. Now, that really IS scummy..........

  • English dont know how toparty bo****** mate i went on Sat 31st it was amazing, i want to see him again alredy

  • english crowds just dont know how to party i think from now on im gonna go abroad to see him, standing was good on friday but last night in the stands was disapointing.x

  • I was there last night and he was Unbelievable. Even if the sound wasn't quite right. I still got more than my money's worth in regards to the shear volume of songs he played. He and the rest of the band were fantastic. And rosie came out.

  • What a great show especially as I only paid 30quid for my half decent ticket.

Havn't seen him since a frankly slightly disappointing reunion gig at earls court where in my opinion the sound wasnt that much better than last night.

Even the average Rising songs were great.

Last night the sound was about 4/10 although at times 1/10 (yeah Rosilita springs to mind) Took a non Springsteen fan last night & he loved it.

Highlights for me Candy's Room B The Night

Thunder Rd Magic Reason to Believe

  • i was there!!!! awesome , best gig in an age ,good clip

    thanks

  • I can't believe I gave up my tickets becuase I had an exam the afternoon of this concert. The thought does actually make me want to throw up

  • Fabulous video. Up in the tiers we envied you guys. Amazing concert. Yes the sound wasn't as good as at O2 but the atmosphere was terrific and whatever Bruce is on at 58 I want some!

  • Me too! I was in the pit on Friday, got right to the front, amazing. Had a seat ticket last night but would have loved to be in the pit again. Ok the sound wasn't as good as 02 but so what! Just be glad that you were there listening to The Boss singing his heart out for nearly three hours!

  • I am in shot just the other side of the walkway - brilliant to see again as couldn't believe I was that close - one of the girls at the front pinched Bruce's harmonica (don't worry that isn;t a euphamism!) while he was on the floor! I don't think you quite caught that 'crime' on camera...

  • haha i was the girl that bruce gave the harmonica too at the end of the promised land, but i didnt see that anyone pinch one out his pocket during this must have been soaking of the bruce magic too much, great night !!!

  • Great posting. We had a great evening too and Bruce was outstanding but I do agree the sound was disappointing. One had the sense that the speaker system was on the limit of its capability and that the mixing was, well, mixed. One would have thought that with a tweak here and there things might have improved but it seemed to get worse towards the second part of the show.

  • And thanks for posting this fabulous video. You were so lucky to be down there so close and personal!!!!! Bruce was really enjoying himself last night (can't believe he's 58!!) and you captured it in this film. Cheers! Show a little faith, there's magic in the night!!!

  • Thanks SpringsteenScot for your comments & am glad that you had a good time. For me, the magic of seeing a living legend/all-time hero was completely lost in an inaudible haze. Others agree or disagree? PLEASE SPEAK UP!

  • Been Bruce fan since 13,like many I was influenced by the river/nebraska/Born in the USA. I then went back into his back catalogue and found the treasure. Bruce transended the working class with his romanace and grit. However, £50+ ticket and venue like emirites/old trafford (POSH coperate) working class these aint! It's not his fault he will never recapture the packed stadims of the 80s when he was in charge (hence the BOSS) he made sure everything was spot on (sound checks etc)

  • you are talking like a prick, bruce cost £55.00 a tickets for 2hours 45 mins of pure energy and passion the rolling stones wanted £150 just to show up as the the venues where do you want him to play the ballroom you are not a fan just a moaning arsehole dont go to the concerts if you dont want to but dont come and here and complain about nothing

  • Sorry, to replying late (had to go out). I think u have the wrong impression, Ive seen Bruce 17 times small venues, arenas, stadiums etc. I don't need to swear and ridicule you it's just an opinion, who's bothered what rolling stones do, the fact is the stadiums are not full and the TRUE fans are missing out. If you are so 'blinded by the light' that u don't see comon sense, then sorry I can't help u.

  • This is great, thanks for your honest feedback. Have read a lot of them throughout the day, some useful/some quite amusing 'you moaning ***' etc. I guess some people did have an issue with the sound but for majority this did not detract from their 'experience'. Ah well. For me -- still a shame. Regardless, am glad people voicing their opinions...

  • Thanks for replying,I just feel some have missed the point. If you pay (like i have)£55 + for a ticket or £150 it doesn't matter, the sound should be right! I adore bruce he is my legend till the end and if these people think it was great last nite, well I've been the lucky one (80's)and the fans before me (1970's) even lucker. Maybe thats what I'm trying to recapture and thats unfair, so I apoligise to all. However read and study Bruce, he loves honesty.

  • The stadiums are as full as you are going to get at a concert, he played at old trafford in front of 60 000 people how many arena shows would he need to do for that kind of crowd, i have seen Bruce at convention hall which is a basketball court by the way, dosent get much smaller than that, but you moan about the price of the ticket and the venue I responded to both of them price £55.00 great value the venue Stadium 60 000 big enough and full enough.

  • Fair play, but I went to old trafford and my brother went to Emirates (both great shows!) but not the point. Loads of empty seats at both, ticket touts outside with an abundance of tickets. I pay £55+, touts selling them for £20 on the night, genuine fans (like u and me)ripped off.Thats all I'm saying. Please if people are going to reply, don't say, well stupid you, buy off a tout.

  • How is a genuine fan ripped off, Bruce sells the tickets for £55.00 not £150 like Madonna and the stones. I buy for £55.00 if the touts are selling them outside for £20.00 then they lose £35.00 they have been ripped off not the true fan paying face value.. like I said 60000 at old trafford thats a lot of arena shows so i think it was justified to do stadiuams when you think paul mcartney in liverpool only got 35000 at anfield turning up...

  • I agree with you benuglow. I had the time of my life last night but the sound system was really poor, especially towards the end. But seeing The Boss live made up for it. This was the tenth time I've seen him and it was MAGIC

  • Cool clip back again tonight for more of the Boss

  • Pls see my comments on two other videos. He is indeed The Boss...his band/songbook is right up there with the best of the best. BUT...I was sorely disappointed last night. Could barely hear the show, the sound system was so poor. Emirates stadium is a great venue for football but unless they're willing to lift sound restrictions, I'd watch the live DVD at home instead. It would have more atmosphere and cost a whole lot less. If you feel the same way, pls post your comments on YOUTUBE.

  • Was 'sound' at the front! get there early, get your wrist band, go get pissed or merry, then come back for the show. sorry for you buddy

  • Thanks for posting!!!

  • amasing concert! No doubt about it he the boss
